  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other cities/remote areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply depending on location.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned.

  • COD is available in most cities across Pakistan.

  • Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

If a parcel is returned due to these reasons, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
