1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories (unless damaged or defective)

  • Customized or made-to-order products

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video evidence

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, wallet, or other agreed method).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Customers may request an exchange for size or color within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer, unless the mistake is on our end.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Zareen.shop is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
