2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer, unless the mistake is on our end.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Zareen.shop is not responsible for lost return shipments.
